What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

For Irish addressed, deliveries are €6.50 no matter how big. Orders within Ireland are sent with An Post. Delivery charges to mainland Europe varies from country to country. The delivery charge for those orders will be visible in your shopping cart before payment. European orders are usually sent with GLS though this may change at some point.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Our current payment methods are debit/credit card via VivaWallet, Bank Transfer and Cash on Collection (this is only available to those who call to the store).

How long will delivery take?

We always aim to get orders out as quickly as possible, while most will be handed to the courier on the same day that you order, it may be the following day or longer if there are delays with receiving stock or if we have a large backlog (see terms & conditions). Delays are rare though.

Once the courier receives your order, it is usually delivered the next day for Irish customers. This may be delayed during a courier’s busy periods, at Christmas for example.

For mainland European deliveries, it can sometimes take up to 2 days for the courier to collect from us and from there it’s usually 2-4 days until you receive your order however this isn’t set in stone and can on occasion be subject to delays for various reasons.

1-3 days from order to delivery is a safe estimation for Irish deliveries and 5-7 days for mainland Europe!

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Security is a top priority here at DIY Eliquid Ireland, we never pass your data on to anyone outside of our delivery partners, that includes your name, email address, phone number etc. We also don’t ask for your bank details if you choose to pay via bank transfer.

On a rare occasion, if you’ve paid with bank transfer and we can’t find the payment, we may ask for a reference number or some identifier to find your payment. This also won’t be stored.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After placing your order, it goes to processing. Your chosen products are then picked and packed at our stock room in Cobh.

We then bring all Irish orders to the post office, from there it will be delivered to you by An Post, usually the next day. 

For mainland Europe orders, we put them into the courier system for collection. The package will be picked up by the courier 1 to 2 days after and then it is brought to you.

If you’ve chosen “Cash on Collection” as your delivery method, once the order is packed, you will receive an email when your package is ready for collection.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation which includes all relevant info such as order number, date, items you ordered, billing and shipping info and payment method.
