Age Restrictions:
The policy of DIY Eliquid Ireland is not to sell any of our products to anyone under the age of 18. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you are confirming that you at least 18 years old. DIY Eliquid Ireland reserves the right to cancel any orders made by anyone we suspect may be under the age of 18.
Safety:
DIY Eliquid Ireland takes no responsibility for the way in which any of our products are used. Nicotine is an addictive and poisonous substance and should not be consumed before consulting your GP. DIY Eliquid Ireland does not promote any of our products as aids to stop smoking tobacco cigarettes. All use and consumption of products is done entirely at the customers own risk.
Delivery, Returns and Discounts:
DIY Eliquid Ireland will not ship nicotine containing liquid to countries in which it is prohibited. DIY Eliquid Ireland sells predominantly liquid based products, and for this reason we cannot accept returns. If any products are returned, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. The customer is responsible for all import and customs charges when ordering from outside of Ireland and for any products seized by customs. DIY Eliquid Ireland will not refund or resend any orders where an incorrect or incomplete address is given by the customer. Discount codes will not apply to nicotine containing liquid due to TPD regulations. Discount codes will not apply to wholesale/bulk products. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you are agreeing to the terms set out in our FAQ section on our contact page. We reserve the right to change the courier option on an order if we deem it to be necessary or appropriate. We aim to get orders out on the same day, however this is not a guarantee and dispatch can take up to 14 working days from the order date.
Order Cancellations and Amendments:
Customers can only cancel or amend orders prior to shipping.
Our Rights:
DIY Eliquid Ireland will not honour pricing errors made on our website. If a customer has paid for an item that has an incorrect price, DIY Eliquid Ireland will provide a full refund. DIY Eliquid Ireland reserves the right to amend our terms and conditions at any time, and it is the responsibility of site users to check our terms and conditions before agreeing.
